Our Farm
We are a small family farm that raises cattle in the Bell and Bastrop counties of Texas, as well as in southern Tennessee. For the past few years, we have been carefully raising cattle without hormones, grain, or corn finish. We raise our cattle from start to finish to ensure that our beef is both healthy and delicious. It's not easy to run a small family operation growing beef in the good, old-fashioned way, but we think it's well worth it!

We offer Akaushi beef, a top-shelf Wagyu known for its exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor. It is considered one of the best kinds of beef in the world and is highly sought after by food enthusiasts and chefs alike. ​



Our Story
​Over the years, we've learned more and more about the mainstream food supply and Big Ag's mass-produced beef—and have discovered some disturbing things, from unnatural concentrations of fatty acids that are detrimental to human health to inhumane treatment at the slaughterhouse. Big Ag focuses on maximizing profits, which means mass-producing "food" contaminated with poisons. As a small family farm, we're determined to do things differently and ensure the meat we sell is completely clean and natural.

When we first got into the cattle business, we knew that we wanted to provide something unique that our customers would value. We ended up with Akaushi, a top-notch Japanese breed of cattle with both superior taste and several health benefits.
